With the World Triathlon Championships in 4.5 weeks time on the Gold Coast, The Sunshine Coast Triathlon Academy / Protector Aluminium Athletes were in fine tune mode to put into place the procedures that will take place for their major race. For others it was change to have a hit out prior to the start of the season. The Rainbow Beach double Triathlon was the setting for the weekend.
