Junior 7-12 Years Mov3 / School Holiday Program
SCTA has an extremely successful Junior Program. Designed and run by Head Coach Toby Coote, the program is based on skill development with the aim of establishing a direct pathway and progression into the ITU Junior / Senior SCTA squad.

Mov3 is coming!
Sunshine Coast Triathlon Academy, in conjunction with Triathlon Queensland are excited to announce that there will be a FREE Pilot Day for kids aged 7-12 years coming up on Fri 3rd Sept (Sunshine Coast) at Lake Kawana The Mov3 sports skills program is a fundamental motor skills program. The program will develop competency in fundamental movements, physical qualities and technique. Mov3 is all about creating a positive developmental experience that encourages effort, persistence, enjoyment, satisfaction, prolonged engagement with sport and, critically, enhanced self-confidence within and outside of the sporting domain. Training Program for September School Holidays 2021
Please Note - I will need to know the day before each session if you are coming via text message. Just so I know who is coming in advance for COVID Tracking and details. There will be no just turning up on the day. If your child / children are sick, coughing or runny nose please don't bring them. Just adhering to the restrictions that are in place. Any changes will be posted on SCTA Facebook and Instagram accounts
Tuesday 21st, 28th September
8.30am - Cycle Skills
Venue - Kawana Aquatic Centre South Car Park (where roundabout is)
What to bring - Bike, Helmet, Sunscreen, Water Bottle
Cost - $10 Payable to Toby
Coach - Toby Coote
Wednesday 22nd, 29th September
4.15pm Start - Cycle Wind Trainer / Rollers
Venue - Toby's Place
What to bring - Bike + Cycle Shoes + Run shoes
Please Note - Needs to be a Road Bike - if you have smaller wheels than 700c you will need to supply your own Cycle / Wind Trainer. If you have Wind Trainer please bring as I have limited number of trainers - they will fit on rollers

Venue - Track at Sunshine Coast University
What to bring - Run Shoes, Hat, Sunscreen, Water Bottle
Cost - $10 + $4 Track Fee Payable to Toby
