Please note timetable subject to change due to weather - If changes occur will appear of SCTA Face Book Page Monday 5.15am - Swim - Kawana Pool Noon - Swim - Kawana Pool Afternoon OFF Tuesday 5.00am - Cycle - Giant Sunshine Coast 4.30pm - Run - Kawana Soccer Fields - Program provided in TP to follow Wednesday 5.15am - Swim - Kawana Pool Noon - Swim - Kawana Pool 1.30pm start - Cycle Trainer Session. Please bring a trainer if you have one - I have limited numbers- Bring Run shoes for transition practice Thursday SLEEP IN 5.00pm - Speed Run- Sunshine Coast Uni Track - Track Fees apply and payable to Toby - Click Here for Fee structure - Mizuno Run Shoe Demo Day Friday 5.20am - Run before swim Cheeseblock on your own - Program provided 6.00am - Swim - Open Water - Cheeseblock M'laba Beach (located at Urunga Esplande Mooloolaba near lifeguard tower) program provided swim on own Noon - Swim - Kawana Pool Saturday 5.00am - Cycle - Pallet Espresso Bar - Bring Run shoes for transition practice - Approx 3-4 hrs - Weather Depending 2.30pm Swim - Kawana Pool Sunday 5.00am - Cycle - Pallet Espresso Bar - Bring Run shoes for transition practice - Approx 3-4 hrs - Weather Depending |

Operating among the pristine surroundings of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, SCTA offers multiple coached triathlon sessions per day in a supportive, squad environment.
Each session is run by Head Coach, Toby Coote and is catered for all ages and abilities.
From the rolling hills of Montville and Buderim to the steady, flat, coastal roads of Mooloolaba, Landsborough and Noosa, SCTA athletes have access to an abundance of perfect training terrain and facilities.
Swim sessions are run out of the 50m outdoor, heated pool at Kawana Aquatic Centre while the famous "Cheese Block" building (yup, you guessed it, it's a building that looks like a block of cheese,) located on Mooloolaba Beach serves as the perfect meeting point for all open water swim sessions. (Please note with Open Water Swim, a pool session to see your swimming is require before you can do the Open water Session)
