SCTA Swim Sessions
Monday + Wednesday 5.15am Swim Sessions
Approx 4km - 4.5km per sessions, due to lane space availability we have 2 lanes and can get busy with swimmers. The minimum requirement for this session is able to hold a 2 min cycle per 100m (leaving every 2 mins)
Monday + Wednesday + Friday Noon Swim Session
Caters for a range of abilities but mostly aimed at the corporate/ mums and dads who wanna mix up their workday with a lunch time swim.
Approx 2.2km - 3km per sessions. Have the luxury to have 3-4 lanes for this session.
Saturday 2.30pm Swim Session
Predominantly a recovery with an emphasis on stroke development and skills. You will need a set of flippers for this session. Approx 2km-2.5km per session
All sessions are conducted at Kawana Aquatic Centre where we have a 10 lane, 50m Olympic size pool.
All sessions include ongoing stroke and technique correction under the watchful eye of Head Coach Toby Coote.
